What is this game about?
The point of the game is building your own state. You have to get people to your state by the help of the link to have as much inhabitants as possible. The only thing you have to do is to send link of your state. And once the link is opened, the population will increase. It's easy, isn't it?
What next is going to happend in your state?
Every state is going to have own page on which you can find all info. From the number of inhabitants over living standart, financial stability, sporting a cultural centres up to people opinions and their satisfaction.
